This week, April 18-24, is Earth Week – a celebration by the Office of Sustainability and various other students groups in honor of Earth Day on Friday, April 22nd. Here’s your guide to some of the food-related highlights:

Monday, April 18th
Green Monday, DUC 11am-1pm
Green Monday, an initiative to have students pledge to eat vegetarian on Mondays, involves a special Green Monday meal in the DUC. If everyone at WUSTL ate vegetarian one day per week, we would reduce carbon emissions by 5,000 metric tons each year. Take the pledge in honor of Earth Week!
